Teacher Recruitment Announcement
I. Number of Teaching Positions and Proposed Appointment Date:
1 position for Tenured Assistant Professor or higher; Initial appointment period is 1 year. If appointed mid-academic year, the appointment will take effect from August 1, 114, based on the actual start date.
II. Positive and Negative Qualifications:
1. Experience leading or participating in research projects sponsored by the National Science Council, or other public/private institutions in the past five years is preferred.
2. Possession of evidence of individual research capabilities, such as publications in internationally recognized management journals in the past five years, is preferred.
3. One of the applicant's bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degrees should be relevant to the department's professional field.
4. Proficiency in teaching in English is preferred.

(B)Copy of graduation certificate (for foreign degrees, verification must be completed by our overseas offices or local governmental authority and include a Chinese translation; please provide transcripts and other relevant supporting documents required by the graduated institution, travel records, etc. Exemptions apply to foreigners or overseas Chinese); verification can be replaced for schools listed in the reference directory; applicants from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau should follow relevant regulations.
(C)Copy of teaching certificate (not required if not applicable).
(D)Copies of experience, expertise, certifications, proof of practical work experience, and other supporting documents (domestic experience must include labor insurance records; foreign documents must be verified by overseas offices and include Chinese translations).

(F)Must include teaching syllabi in Chinese and English related to " Service Management," " Management," " Gerontology and Leisure Studies," " Gaming Management," " Introduction to Gaming," " Human Resource Management,"and From the six courses listed above, please select three priority courses and provide Chinese and English syllabi for each. The syllabi should include the course name and an 18-week course outline.
(G)Supporting documents for meeting essential and reference qualifications.
IV. Work Content:
(A)Responsibilities include teaching, research, service, and guidance (mentoring students' learning, research, grading assignments and exams, assessing student conduct, supporting departmental administrative duties, guiding students to obtain certifications, participating in competitions, executing industry-academia collaboration projects, and assisting in community service learning).
(B)Required to participate in internal development training activities and comply with administrative tasks assigned by the university's leadership for three years.
(C)Additionally, in line with the Ministry of Education's bilingual national policy and the university's medium- to long-term plan to promote a bilingual university, the appointee should participate in English-taught training seminars and certification courses (EMI) organized by the university during the semester of appointment, and encourage offering professional courses in English in the following semester.

VI. Announcement of Selection Results and Other Important Notes:
Selection results are expected to be announced starting January 31, 114, via email or phone/SMS by the hiring unit. Formal employment is subject to external review results and decisions by the university's academic evaluation committee.

The university's teacher recruitment process includes trial teaching (including foreign language instruction), interviews, and presentations of teaching and research philosophies, with participation from various levels of the university's evaluation committees, and recorded for assessment purposes.
